Restoring Orenoc 75017 Paris 17th Arrdt Eric Brujan the orders since 2008 of the LOrénoc restaurant of the hotel the Meridian line Star took. With a course carried out primarily in international hotel trade of luxury, in particular in the United States but also in France in spangled restaurants, the Chief proposes a ludic and daring kitchen. A true voyage to discovered savours of the whole world, while integrating products of the French kitchen.

Jazzy Brunch every Sunday of 12:30 to 15:00, animated by a musical trio Come to taste the products of the sea, fish antipasti, smoked salmon, sushi and sashimi, variety of tapenades, vegetables of the south roasted as well as many salads. Hot dresser with original dishes (fish and meats) scented with spices of the world. Large cheese slate and dresser of desserts - 49,50 per anybody (orange tea-coffee-juices included). No Jazzy Brunch on Sunday May 1, Orénoc being closed.
