Our history It is into 1999 that our destinies approached. After 6 years of training at the famous hotel college of Touquet, we leave there both with the BTS Art of cooking and Techniques the Room. From this moment, it is together that we have advanced in our trade. Rich person of a French and international experiment, it is in Valmont that we start by taking again the Hotel Restoring the Nozzle in Cauchois, in January 2007. Since, many distinctions recognized and distinguished our work: greedy Bib in 2008 in Michelin, the 1st Point in the Champérard Guide, then one 1st star in Greedy Bottin in 2009, the nomination young talent 2010 and two hats in Gault Millau After many titles in various gastronomical contests, and amongst other things the International Gold Hat in 2009, a great walk is crossed in November 2010, with the qualification parmis the 36 finalists of the 24th Contest One of the Best Workmen of France |
